Unable to detect information.

I log into holic and click on the start game button but every time i do it comes up with a mini window saying "unable to dectect information of game installation. Please re-install." I have re-installed it and still says the same thing and everytime i close it the launcher flashes and goes again. I tried running it from C drive and it comes up with same thing. I tried it with out firewall on, i restarted pc. I have vista and im using internet explorer 9 i think. It runs as adminstrator automatically and it still dosent work.
